We believe quality in-home care should be accessible to everyone — regardless of how care is funded.
Medi-Cal Managed Care (CalAIM)
Divine Agape is a contracted provider of CalAIM Personal Care and Home Supports (PCHS) and Caregiver Respite. Eligible Medi-Cal Managed Care members can receive our services at $0 out of pocket through their health plan.

We serve as IHSS providers and can supplement approved IHSS hours with CalAIM PCHS or private pay when your county allocation isn't enough.
Private Pay
We also serve clients who pay privately at $35*/hour, with flexible scheduling and no long-term contract required.
