In-Home Care Funding & Programs
Medi-Cal Program

IHSS — In-Home Supportive Services (Ventura County)

IHSS provides in-home personal care and domestic services to eligible low-income seniors, blind, and disabled individuals. Divine Agape is an approved IHSS provider.

Medi-Cal Managed Care

CalAIM — Personal Care & Home Supports

Eligible Medi-Cal Managed Care members may qualify for personal care, homemaking, and caregiver respite through CalAIM at $0 out of pocket. Divine Agape is a participating provider.

Medi-Cal Managed Care

Gold Coast Health Plan — Ventura County Medi-Cal

Gold Coast Health Plan is Ventura County's Medi-Cal Managed Care Plan. Members can access covered benefits, find providers, and learn about CalAIM Community Supports available through their plan.

State Program

CDSS — CA Dept. of Social Services (IHSS Resources)

The California Department of Social Services oversees IHSS statewide. Their website provides information on applying, provider enrollment, and program changes.

Area Agency on Aging

Ventura County Area Agency on Aging (VCAAA)

Coordinates services for seniors in Ventura County including meals, transportation, caregiver support, legal services, and elder care resources. A strong starting point for families new to the system.

Adult Protective Services

APS — Adult Protective Services (Ventura County)

APS protects seniors (65+) and dependent adults from abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Reports can be made by family members, healthcare providers, or anyone concerned about an adult's safety.

Senior Community Services

Senior Concerns — Ventura County

Senior Concerns provides meals, transportation, caregiver support groups, and community programs for older adults throughout Ventura County. A valued partner in our community.

Child Protective Services

CPS — Children & Family Services (Ventura County)

Ventura County Children & Family Services investigates reports of child abuse and neglect and provides support services to families. Reports can be made 24 hours a day.
