We are a licensed home care agency based in Oxnard. Our kind, trained caregivers help older adults and adults with disabilities live safely at home.
Our story
Divine Agape started with faith. "Agape" means unconditional love. That love guides every care choice we make. Today we serve families across Ventura County and nearby Los Angeles County towns, in English and Spanish.
We put caregivers first. Trained, supported caregivers stay longer and give better care. So we offer paid training, close support, and real chances to grow.

California checks and licenses us (license HCO #564700090). We are bonded and insured. Look us up any time.
Safe, checked caregivers
Every caregiver passes an FBI fingerprint check and a TB test. Each one is on the state caregiver registry and has a supervisor.
Non-medical care
Caregivers remind your loved one to take their medicine. They never give it, and they never do nursing tasks.
Ways to pay for care
Medi-Cal and CalAIM
Have Medi-CalMedi-Cal is California's free or low-cost health insurance for people with lower incomes.? A program called CalAIMCalAIM is a Medi-Cal program. It can pay for extra help at home, so you pay nothing. may pay for your home care and for family caregiver breaks. If you qualify, you pay $0. Your health plan decides.
IHSS
Get IHSSIHSS is short for In-Home Supportive Services. It is a county program that pays someone, often a family member, to help you at home.? IHSS pays a helper you hire yourself, so that part is separate from us. But when your IHSS hours are not enough, CalAIM can pay for our care on top.
Private pay
Care starts from $45 an hour. Each visit is at least 4 hours. No long-term contract. The first home visit is free.
